Construction Services
- Facility Construction & Optimizations — Greenfield and brownfield builds; mechanical and structural installations, module set-downs and phased turnovers; coordinated site logistics and temporary works.
- Above-Ground Pipeline & Valve Stations — Full execution from material receipt and pipe preparation through shop spools, mainline installation, support and pile-cap installation, controlled tie-ins and hydrotesting; complete as-built turnover documentation.
- Multi-Well Pad Construction — Full pad mobilization for grading interfaces, module placement, spool tie-ins and commissioning support under traffic, environmental and hot-work controls.
Fabrication & Welding
- Pipe Spooling — Material management, fit-up, welding, NDE, hydrotesting and pre-commissioning; spool packages include inspection records, weld maps and punch-list closeout.
- Structural Steel & Misc. Metals — Shop prefabrication and staged field erection of beams, platforms, stairs, walkways, anchor bolts, and embedded items; setting templates and as-built records provided.
- Skids & Modules — Shop assembly, hydrotesting and pre-commissioning with coordinated transport and set-down; turnover packages with inspection records and commissioning checklists.
- Pipe Supports & Pile Caps — Manufacture and install anchor frames, pedestals, saddles, piles and pile caps with as-built elevations.
Support & Specialty Services
- Project Planning & Management — We manage projects from initial concept and intake through final acceptance with a focus on clarity, constructability, cost control and safe execution. We partner with owners, EPCs and client engineering teams to translate their designs and specification into executable work packages, accurate budgets and reliable schedules.
- Field Services, Turnarounds & Maintenance — We provide rapidly mobilized, trade-qualified welding and pipefitting crews for planned and non-planned outages. Work is executed from pre-mobilization welding/pipefitting work packs with hold point and permit controls, through fit-up, welding inspections and pressure testing, to reinstatement and digital turnover packages.
- Casing Bowl Installation, Inspection & Integrity — New casing bowl installation on new single or multi well pads. Self-Performed Cold-cut weld services with NDE hold points, PWHT coordination where required, condition assessments, for re-drills, slim holes, targeted inspections and repairs to in-service well casings, including completion packages (weld maps, NDE certificates, photo logs).
- Integrity Support & Hydrotesting — Pigging support, integrity digs, liner replacement assistance and hydrotesting with documented test certificates and reinstatement verification and in-service welding.
- Custom Metal Work & Equipment Repair — Rapid shop repairs, parts fabrication and small-batch misc. steel with material traceability and repair reports.
- Retail Steel Sales — In Stock inventory of various shapes of mild steel and aluminum, including but not limited to; HSS, angle iron, flat bar, round bar, plate, checkered plate, bar grating, A53 pipe, channels.
